And conspiracy is not a form of mental illness. It is part of the deep dark shadow history of the United States and as someone who has also lived in places where there is a history of conspiracy theories, I learned long ago that unresolved emotions from our history are passed on and then morph into larger stories. Doing collective shadow work is not easy but rejecting our collective shadow instead of working with it is going to create a larger problem.
